After 10 years the windows were still fantastic. We have used Markey Windows, Doors, and More two times now. The first time we used them was to have a large window replaced by a sliding glass door onto our new deck. There was a delay due to COVID in getting the door (not Markey's fault, just supply chain issues). However, once the door came in, they could schedule me and get the door installed in record time.

Always on time and Good cleanup after job was competed. I had issue with one of the Windows not being caulked on the outside properly and they came back and. I gave them 4 stars because I was a bit disappointed in my one window not being caulked properly but overall I was very pleased and would definitely use them again. They came to replace the plastic wheels on my sliding screen door with metal wheels. I didn't even make an appt and they came right away when the part came in.
He’s a proud owner who knows his product. Also, he had some questions about our installation needs / wants and held off giving us a price until he spoke with his expert installer, Eric. We felt his price was the most honest since he knew exactly what was going to be done and he’s not a salesman figuring in all possibilities, including things we don’t need.
